At 611 Warrior, we stand behind the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our refund guidelines below.


Returns & Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • In the original condition received
  • Packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or misuse are not eligible for refund.

Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for sizing or product issues within 30 days of delivery.  Items must be exchanged for another item of equal value.

Exchanges may be authorized for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect item received

If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will offer:

  • A refund, or
  • Store credit

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@611warrior.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

We will replace the item at no cost or provide a refund if a replacement is unavailable.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you by email that we have received your returned item
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a production error or damage in shipping. 


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrived damaged, or
  • We made an error in fulfilling your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
  3. If the refund still does not appear, email us at support@611warrior.com.
