ORDER FULFILLMENT
How long before my order ships?
At 611 Warrior, every product is made to order. The handling time is approximately 2-4 business days before an order is shipped.
What is Made To Order Production?
Our products are not pre-made, in stock, and ready to ship. After an order is placed, all of the products that are part of the order are individually printed and packaged. This is done for production quality purposes and to reduce waste with unnecessary inventory. Every product is made just days before it is delivered to our customers.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We start production as quickly as possible after receiving an order. If you need to cancel or change something about your order, please try to contact us within a few hours after placing it: support@611warrior.com
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How long will delivery take?
Most shipments within the U.S. will arrive within 4-8 business days after being shipped. APO/FPO deliveries have a longer delivery time of 10-20 business days.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent as a link to your email address when the order is shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only offer shipping to APO/FPO outside of the U.S.
What should I do if my package is delayed and the tracking shows no movement?
Tracking updates can be delayed with shipping carriers at times. If your order shows no movement for 5 days or longer please reach out to us. We will investigate the delay and work to resolve the issue: support@611warrior.com

PRODUCT AND SIZING
How do your t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, and hoodies fit?
Our apparel is designed to be true-to-size. For an exact fit, you will want to order your true size. If you would prefer the apparel to be baggy or more roomy, we recommend ordering a size up.
What materials are used in the production of the apparel?
Most of our apparel is 100% cotton. Hoodies are made with a blend of 70-80% cotton and 20-30% polyester.
What are the wash and care instructions for your apparel?
We recommend washing in cold water with the garment turned inside out. Tumble dry on low heat. Avoid ironing the printed graphic area of the garment.
Will the designs on your apparel crack or fade over time?
611 Warrior apparel is not made with heat transfers that will peel or crack. All of our designs are printed directly onto the garment using direct-to-print technology. Our chosen production methods are used to ensure long term durability.
PAYMENTS AND SECURITY
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other secure checkout options available at the time of purchase.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all customer data. Your payment information is never stored on our servers or shared with third parties.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged at the time your order is placed. Once your payment is confirmed, your order immediately enters our fulfillment queue.
